The residences

Seven apartments,
ordered by altitude.

Every apartment below is one we manage ourselves, photographed as it is. The number beside each one is the floor it sits on — in Almaty that decides your view, your air and how much of the city you hear.

This is not the whole portfolio

We manage more apartments than we photograph, and availability changes weekly. Tell us your dates, how many of you there are and what matters most — a separate bedroom, a balcony, a short walk to the office — and we will send back what is actually free.

Companies & groups

Any number of people,
anywhere in the city.

The seven apartments above are ours, and we run them ourselves. Beyond them we work with a partner network that reaches every district in Almaty — which means we can put a two-person team ten minutes from their office, or house forty people arriving for a conference, at one agreed rate and on one invoice.

Any district
Not only Al-Farabi Avenue. Send us the office address and we place your people within walking distance of it.
Any group size
From one consultant to a full crew. Where we can, we hold several apartments in the same building so your team stays together.
One point of contact
A single manager handles every booking, arrival, extension and problem. No call centre and no ticket numbers.
Invoices and closing documents
Bank transfer, invoices and the closing documents your accounting department needs, issued without chasing.
Volume and long-stay rates
Reduced pricing from 30 nights, and standing rates for companies that book with us through the year.
Relocation support
Somewhere settled for new arrivals while they look for permanent housing. Most stay two to three months.

The service

Run like a hotel.
Lived in like a home.

The apartment is only half of it. The rest is what happens around your stay — the car at arrivals, the linen changed on the same day each week, the number you call when the boiler makes a noise at eleven at night.

Airport transfer
Meet and greet at Almaty International, both directions.
Self check-in
Arrive at any hour. We hand over keys in person or by keybox.
Weekly housekeeping
Full clean, fresh linen and towels, restocked toiletries.
24/7 English support
One number for anything — repairs, taxis, restaurant tables.
All utilities included
Wi-Fi, electricity, water and gas are in the rate.
Long-stay rates
Reduced monthly pricing for stays from 30 nights.

What people say
when they get home.

★★★★★
I came for a two-week project and expected the usual serviced-apartment compromise. The desk by the window is a proper workstation, the Wi-Fi held a full day of video calls without a stutter, and the driver was in arrivals at 03:40 exactly as promised. I have already booked the same apartment for March.

★★★★★
We booked the apartment with the balcony and spent every evening on it. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook properly, which after a week of restaurant food was exactly what we wanted. Aida answered our questions about Medeu and Shymbulak faster than any hotel concierge we have used.

I moved to Almaty for work and needed somewhere to live while I looked for a flat. Two months later I stopped looking. Everything is included, someone cleans once a week, and when the washing machine made a noise it was replaced the next day. It removed all the friction from a stressful move.

Fifteenth floor, and the view over the city towards the mountains at sunrise is worth the booking on its own. Quiet, spotless, and the check-in took four minutes. This is a hotel operation running inside an apartment, which is exactly what I want when I travel.

★★★★★
The photographs are honest, which is rarer than it should be. What we did not expect was how well the apartment is thought through — good knives, enough hangers, blackout curtains that actually black out. Small things, but they are the difference between an apartment and a home.

We travelled with our two children and the separate bedroom made the trip possible. The kids slept while we sat in the living room. Everything was clean, the building is secure, and there is a supermarket two minutes away. I would recommend it to any family visiting Almaty.

I run a team across three time zones and needed somewhere I could take calls at midnight without waking the neighbours. This worked perfectly. Fast internet, a comfortable chair at a real desk, and management who let me extend twice at short notice without changing the rate.

★★★★★
Booked late on a Thursday for a Monday arrival and had a confirmed apartment within the hour, in English, on WhatsApp. That responsiveness is the whole product. The apartment itself was better than the four-star hotel my colleague stayed in, and cost less.

★★★★★
Very close to the business district, so I walked to two of my three meetings. The apartment was larger than the photos suggested and the bathroom was genuinely luxurious. Transfer to the airport was arranged the night before with no fuss.

We are in our sixties and had been nervous about renting an apartment instead of booking a hotel in a country we did not know. We should not have been. We were met at the airport, walked through everything, and given a number to call. It felt looked after from the first minute.

My father was being treated in Almaty and we needed somewhere calm nearby for three weeks. The team understood the situation immediately, moved us to a quieter side of the building and arranged the car to the clinic every morning. I am grateful for how they handled it.

★★★★★
I stayed a month and never once had to think about the apartment, which is the highest compliment I can give. Housekeeping came on the same day each week, the utilities were included, and the coffee machine and the good pans meant I barely ate out. Better value than any hotel in the city.

Where you will be

Al-Farabi Avenue,
where the city meets the mountains.

Both complexes stand at the corner of Al-Farabi Avenue and Seifullin Street, on the upper southern edge of the city. It is the address Almaty's business district grew towards: high enough for the air to be cooler and the traffic quieter, close enough that nothing takes long.

Before you book

Questions we
get most.

What is the minimum stay?

Two nights. Most of our guests stay between a week and three months, and rates drop noticeably from 30 nights.

Do you arrange airport transfer?

Yes, in both directions. Send us your flight number and your driver will be waiting in arrivals with a name board. Tell us at the time of booking so we can confirm the car.

Can I check in late at night?

Yes. Check-in is from 14:00 and we accept arrivals at any hour, including flights that land at four in the morning. Check-out is until 12:00, and we can usually extend it if the apartment is free.

Is everything included in the price?

Wi-Fi, electricity, water and gas are included, along with weekly housekeeping and a change of linen and towels. There are no meter readings to settle when you leave.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Your manager speaks English, Russian and Kazakh, and is reachable on WhatsApp for the whole of your stay.

Are the apartments suitable for working remotely?

They are what most of our guests use them for. Every apartment has fast fibre Wi-Fi and a real desk or window counter, and the buildings are quiet during the day.

How do I pay, and can I get an invoice?

Bank transfer, card or cash in tenge. We issue invoices and closing documents for company bookings — tell us the company details when you book.

Do you work with companies?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We work with a partner network across the whole city, so we can place a team of any size in the district that suits them — on one agreed rate, one invoice and one point of contact. Write to us with the office address, the dates and the number of people.

Can you find apartments outside these two complexes?

Yes. The apartments shown on this site are the ones we manage ourselves, but through our partners we can source apartments anywhere in Almaty for any number of guests. Tell us the area you need and we will come back with options.

Are pets allowed?

In some of the apartments. Ask us before you book and we will tell you which ones are free for your dates.
